Join us for this half-day EMDR and TRE workshop, in the comfortable space of The Arc Centre, where we will be exploring simple, yet powerful techniques to significantly reduce tension/anxiety held in the body. You will learn what makes an event traumatic and how protective states affect our bodies, our emotions, how we think, and how we behave.
This workshop is designed to help build resilience by exploring deep somatic anchors. You will be using EMDR strategies to re-write triggering events, TRE to let go of chronic stress and deeply ingrained protective patterns, and Wim Hof breathing exercises to active the parasympathetic nervous system.
