Each price below for this 5 day, 4 night retreat is fully inclusive of:

  • All accommodation and food

  • Daily 1-to-1 (60-90 minutes each) individual therapy sessions

  • 2-3 group workshops per day

  • Full access to all facilities in the manor and grounds

  • Pre retreat Zoom call and concierge orientation

  • Post retreat individual 1-to-1 therapy session for integration

  • Post retreat group Zoom calls

  • Post retreat London based in person TRE workshop

You have a choice of:-

  • Dorm (sharing room with 3 people, shared bathroom) - £1,995 each

  • Twin (sharing with one other, shared bathroom) - £2,395 each

  • Twin sharing room and own bathroom - £2,595 each

  • Double for two (own bathroom) - £2,595 each

  • Single occupancy of double (shared bathroom) - £3,395

  • Single occupancy of double (own bathroom) - £3,995 (SOLD OUT)

An initial deposit of £400 is required to secure your space. The deposit balance will be taken over the telephone on your introductory call with Leigh. Full balance is payable 8 weeks before the retreat. For more information please see our terms & conditions.
