Mark Reeves

Mark has been running courses, groups and workshops in self-awareness and personal development for over 30 years, always with the focus on supporting people becoming more connected to their true nature and living more fully from that place.

He loves creating opportunities for people to risk being vulnerable and authentic, stepping into more of their true potential.  His main interest is in the ways we create division between ourselves and others and how we can open to a different possibility in which we are connected and at one with each other and our world.

He is a psychotherapist with an MA in transpersonal psychotherapy & counselling. Transpersonal therapy or psychology is an approach that sees the individual as part of a greater whole and recognises the interconnectedness of all things. Mark views all of this work, whether it is in the form of groups or one -one therapy as the reconnection and remembering of our true nature, which is not separate and fragmented but whole and complete.

He has recently qualified as a Forest Therapy Guide and he offers Forest Bathing and other forms of nature connection activities with groups and individuals. He has also trained in Integrative Embodied Psychotherapy, a wholistic and somatic approach emphasising transformation and healing through the body.

He is trained in Family Constellations and utilises this systemic approach in his group work and in coaching and therapy sessions.

Mark holds a unique safe space that invites total honesty into the room.
